Quality Policy
Our value is the consumers of our services: victims (individuals and legal entities entitled to compensation for damage caused by drivers of land vehicles in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine and agreements concluded by the Bureau with authorized organizations of other countries on Motor Third Party Liability Insurance), MTIBU member insurers, other Bureaux of the International Motor Insurance System "Green Card", government agencies and MTIBU employees.
The main goal of MTIBU in the field of quality is to create a high level of service that meets the requirements and expectations of MTIBU customers.
The main tool for achieving this goal is the Quality Management System based on a process approach and risk-oriented thinking that meets the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The management quality system is a set of interrelated processes that form a more advanced model of managing the company's activities to ensure its performance, are based on the leadership of management and the skills of staff, and lead to mutually beneficial relationships with partners. The ISO 9001 certificate ensures that all business processes operating in the company are clearly coordinated and under the control of process managers.
To implement the policy in the field of management quality, the management of MTIBU, in accordance with the interests of customers, staff and society as a whole, undertakes to be guided by the following principles:
- Recognizing the priority of customer service quality in all areas of activity, all processes and for all staff;
- Demonstrating leadership in the implementation of quality management objectives, policies and systems and continuous improvement of processes at MTIBU.
- Creating conditions for self-realization of all personnel, increasing their competence, participating in the improvement of the quality management system and process improvement;
- Activities and resources are managed on the basis of a risk-oriented process approach, using a budgeting and planning process;
- Any process can and should be improved through optimization and automation using the latest technologies;
- Development of a timely decision-making system based on the analysis of internal and external risks, facts, reports, the MTIBU central database and other reliable data sources.
The MTIBU management is committed to fulfilling its tasks:
- to inform and organize ongoing explanatory work for all MTIBU employees;
- promote the application of a process approach and risk-oriented thinking;
- use all opportunities for timely evaluation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System;
- allocate the necessary resources for the quality functioning of processes, their improvement and automation.
- comply with the requirements set out in legislative, statutory, regulatory and contractual documents.
