From 1 January 2025, the Law of Ukraine ‘On Compulsory Motor Third Party Liability Insurance’ No. 3720-IX gives insurance companies in Ukraine the opportunity to independently determine the amount of insurance premiums under contracts of international compulsory MTPL insurance, based on internal risk assessment criteria and other market factors.
