E-service for submitting documents on road accidents

Motor (Transport) Insurance Bureau of Ukraine strongly recommends that all persons applying to MTIBU for routine payments use electronic communication services and send claim forms, accident statements and other documents related to routine payments using e-service for submission documents.

Please note that the submitted documents must be signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS).

In order to receive compensation from the Victims' Protection Fund, you must:

A service for conveniently filling in the notification form, attaching additional documents, applying an electronic digital signature (EDS) and sending it to MTIBU. To do this, you need to complete a short registration procedure. Watch the video instruction.
ATTENTION! Submission of the notification and other documents using the above service is the official way of submitting documents to MTIBU and does not require duplication in any other way (e-mail, post).

If you do not have a digital signature, you can obtain one at one of the accredited key certification centres (AKC). Information on the regulations of the ACCS, the procedure and cost of obtaining EDS services, as well as the addresses of the points of provision of such services, is available on the ACCS websites.
